No way to write thresholds against custom parameters configured via the "Configuration Based SDK"

If I use the Configuration Based SDK (https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/instana-observability/current?topic=references-configuration-based-java-trace-sdk), I can add custom information into the traces.   That data can be visualized in the UI.   But, there is no way to use that information in a Smart Alert.   

There are multiple customers that have encountered issues where they want to filter in or filter out certain traces based on the custom information that they have added.   But, they are unable to do that.  

The customer adds important information into their applications such as key business data and they want to use that data as part of the Smart Alert.

This data would also be valuable in Custom Dashboards, but it is unavailable for use within dashboards.
