Logs Enhancement - Smart Alert should have more grouping , Log file mentionning and log body

The New Log integration is functionnal within instana , but the smart alert integration lack key component to send alerts with the rightfull data for notifications.

It currently will only tell you that you exceeded the set threshold regarding the number of line and that is pretty much it .

The Smart alert should : 

- Allow grouping like infrastructure smart alert ( more than 1 )  = medium blocker

- Allow the placeholder feature like infrastructure smart alert to give more flexibility/granularity to titiles = High blocker 

- It should be possible to send the Log file name (and/or with full path) with the alert = High Blocker

- It Should be possible to send the Lob Body with the alert = ShowStopper
