Missing node/component should be expressed for a longer term in the infrastructure map for traditional systems

In the infrastructure map, when the node or component is down ( metric is not sent to the backend ), that node/component is not displayed in the Infrastructure map anymore.

This is a good design for cloud native systems, each container lifecycle is not so important.

But in the traditional systems, specific node or component in down status is most critical situation.  We might miss those situations in the Infrastructure map. 

We want to request the option or mode for the traditional systems to alert some node or component is missing in infrastructure map until that node/component will return ( or not forever but 1 day or so ). 

We want these alert on the similar condition when the bellow system rule events are triggered.

Offline event detection: This rule is active when an entity (such as JVM or process) goes offline
Host availability detection: This rule is active when a previously seen Host is offline for a specified duration of time.
