Alerts on aggregated custom metrics

The customer would like to be able to create Events on custom metrics with an aggregation option for all elements found via the Scope FQDN.
For Aggregation we would like to have the standard aggregate functions (Min MAX AVG SUM) more features as perc. It would be nice to have.
The new aggregated custom events would help us dramatically to create events with aggregated custom metrics since we can then use it on a logical level of Service endpoint or application.
