Support monitoring for onPrem OpenSearch clusters

It would help us a lot if Instana would support the monitoring of an OpenSearch cluster even if not the AWS service is used.

Currently we're replacing some onPrem ElasticSearch Clusters with OpenSearch Clusters (also onPrem). ElasticSearch is supported and metrics are shown in Instana - unfortunately not the same for (the ES fork) OpenSearch.

We clarified via IBM case, that it is currently not part of the roadmap to support OpenSearch monitoring offside the AWS service and we got the recommendation to open an idea here.

    I agree
we have installations of opensearch on linux nodes
it would also be very useful to have the possibility of using a user name and password for the connection
