Ability to create custom events with more than one metric

Customer needs to alert on certain custom and build in metrics in combination with other metrics. Some use cases include the combination of custom metrics collected by Micrometer or Prometheus. Other use cases are to create "optimized/revised" versions of the build in events which are using multiple metrics already.

    Conditional metrics for the same entity type is available in Custom Events. It is also being added to Infra Smart Alerts.
    Doing arithmetics to create a calculated metric is being worked on by Team Infra as well.

    These should likely solve the most common scenarios.

    Built-in events are a different, as those use custom code written by sensors teams and is in most cases not recreatable as a custom event or smart alert. For the built-in events we'd need some examples to see if we can achieve similar results with Infra Smart Alerts, especially once the above two epics are completed.

    Is the request for AND'd event conditions (eg. MetricA > 30 & MetricB < 50) or actually combining the metrics to produce a derived metric (eg. MetricA+MetricB = MetricC > 45) to alert on?
