Need NGINX tracer libs for ARM

Dear colleagues,

our customer has a lot of NGINX 1.18.x servers with PHP-FPM combined on ARM architecture. We successfully instrumented PHP-FPM but those calls are torn out of transactions because of NGINX and we didn't find Instana tracer libs for ARM. The page https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/instana-observability/current?topic=technologies-monitoring-nginx only mentions x86-64 architecture. While https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/instana-observability/current?topic=nginx-supported-versions-platforms doesn't mention architecture at all.

Please consider adding NGINX Instana tracers for ARM as well

    We have the same issue. We are running dozens of Kubernetes Clusters and are working on Migration to arm architecture. 

    We have calls and traces from millions of customers that will not be usefull for evalutation without this.

    We are using instana tracing lib in NGINX. For optimization we want to use graviton servertypes for our application monitoring. It would be saving money as over a multitude over servers.
