The customer would like an alternative option for being able to add instrumentation to their java applications without rebuilding their app container.
Usually the only updates required for this application are updates to keys and certs which don't require the whole application to be rebuilt.
Workaround: A busybox container is mounted to /bin so it is possible to run /bin/true. The instana container exits after running this but is mounted to /instana allowing the instrumentation to be copied across from the mount by the app container without the instana and busybox container(s) continuing to run and use resource after exiting.
