Hi IBM team,
The RBAC is not what we are looking for. During Black Friday, we had too many people looking at Instana at the same time. This dramatically reduced performance of the UI down to no one being able to use it. We requested the tenant to be given more resources, but IBM stated that there is sufficient resources for 10k users.
We had to run around the floor, asking teams to disconnect or close Instana browser sessions. This had the desired effect and the Instana UI became usable again. The a-ha request is to have a list of users currently connected and have the ability to forcefully disconnect them - this feature should have access control to only allow specific admin users to perform the function as per rbac.

If this documentation doesn't cover your needs, we ask you to provide more specific information for this submission in order for our teams to look at this and provide the right outcome. Some details wed need include; expected user journey or user behaviour, where this is happening on the UI, what is considered an SOS and expand on the result of users storming the Instana UI. If there are screenshots or any other information available please update the comment.
