"number of restarts" as timeseries metric for K8s sensor

The priority for The customer is to get rid of prometheus  and move those infra structure related alarms to Instana. One popular subset / category is alert/alarm when PODs are restarting to avoid potential transnational issues.
Example if POD is restarted twice in last 30 min then we need an alert. This is exactly how they have implemented on prometheus  and they are trying to lift and shift the same logic.They created event PodRestart2TimesID with entity.tag:environment=prod.. But the alert is triggered and even closed when its not restarted even once.
