Please add seconds parameter in the input dates field for UI time range section

In general, logs are generated at a nanosecond level. However, in Instana, the current filtering and time range adjustment options are limited to a minimum of one minute. While this granularity may suffice for some use cases, it becomes insufficient when dealing with high-frequency log-generating processes. A minute-level filter makes it challenging to narrow down logs effectively in such scenarios. Therefore, I propose adding support for filtering logs at the seconds level to improve precision and usability.
