Need to see whether an IBM MQ trace is a Put or a Get

See this idea on ideas.ibm.com

The customer is monitoring an application where the first transaction that is monitored is a PUT onto a Queue within IBM MQ.  The customer is using the Instana User Exit and it is set to DEBUG mode to force the Exit to trace all transactions.  Currently, they don't have the ability to monitor the application that is putting the message on the queue.

When they look at the call stack within Instana, they see the Trace from when the message was PUT on the queue, but there is nothing to indicate that it was a PUT.   I've attached a screen capture.  You can see in other parts of the call stack you can see PUT and GET requests.
