Agent update from Instana dashboard

Dear colleagues,

we have a customer who prefers manually trigger agent updates from Instana dashboard.

At the moment we have a button "Update Agent" which works when Instana agent has access to the Internet. Many of our customer use Instana and monitored servers in airgapped environments. Where the button doesn't work. Please consider adding the functionality for both scenarios:

- Agent and Instana backend has no access to the Internet or local repository. - for example when customer clicks the "Update Agent" button they download the agent via browser, feed it to Instana backend where the agent is able to download new distrib and update itself.

- Agent is airgapped but Instana backend has access to the Internet - I assume the procedure can be automated where Instana backend downloads the agent distributive and makes it available for agents to update.
