Add an option to change the severity of a built-in events

See this idea on ideas.ibm.com

We need an option to change the severity of a built-in event as per the requirement from the customer. As of now it's fixed, therefore Priority events are getting missed because those are set as warning. For example, message queue, Top active jobs & subsystem.

Built-in events are mostly highly customized rules by sensor developers and don't offer configurability.
We are planning to add some or partial configurability when built-in events are migrated to Smart Alerts. This is currently in plan for built-in application events only, but will likely be very similar on the examples you gave.
As the migration of built-in infrastructure events are not planned for the next 12 months, I'm setting this idea as not considered for the time being.
