Ability to distinguish Service/Endpints with same name from different clusters

We have setup alerts to monitor complete drop in calls for Service & Endpoints. However, we have the same applicaiton (NOI) installed for two separate environments i.e. clusters (e.g. QA & PROD); the services and endpoints have same name e.g. Endpoint: resources.json and Service: event-mngr-topology-topology exists in both QA & PROD. When we setup alert to monitor Complete Drop in Call (Service, Endpoints), the alert doesn't distinguish which cluster actually trigger that event; and the events refer to both clusters instead.

This has NOT been delivered. The Alerts coming from two different clusters to not contain any distinguishing information to help you identify the source. I even tried adding a custom payload and add the kubernetes cluster name. It did NOT get added to the Alert. The only option the custom would have would be to rename the services in Instana.

Infrastructure or Application Smart Alerts allow filtering or grouping by a lot of different values, including the k8s cluster.
However the built-in event referenced in the description doesn't offer any customization.
