support Scala 3.x and ZIO

this feature request based on debug case number TS018964881.  right now instana agent does not support Scala 3.x and ZIO.  can you support in next release.

    Thank you for raising this request. We are working on enabling Scala 3 language/runtime support, which will be available in an upcoming release. This will ensure Instana can attach and trace Scala 3 applications at a basic level.

    However, framework-level instrumentation (e.g., ZIO) requires additional work . We are placing this under Future Consideration for framework support.
