Dynamic threshold is not available for Error calls in Smart Alerts

The client wants to use the Beta Smart alert feature in Instana and observed the Dynamic Threshold feature
is only applicable for Throughput and Slow Calls and they want the same feature to be enabled on Erroneous Calls Error and Warning Logs and

Currently "rate" type metrics don't allow for adaptive thresholds, as a slow rate degradation of the rate value would never get alerted on.
Removing such limitations on using certain combinations in alerting might be considered, but is currently in place to avoid incorrect alert configurations.
