This is an IBM Automation portal for Cloud Management, Technology Cost Management, Network Automation and AIOps products. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).

Shape the future of IBM!

We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:

historical baseline available for memory usage which can be used to set an alert.

There are currently no historical baselines available for memory usage that can be used to configure a static threshold-based alert. Since memory usage can vary significantly, it is not feasible to define a fixed threshold value (e.g., 60% or 10%).

We would like to request the ability to trigger an alert based on deviations from the historical memory usage trend, rather than relying on static thresholds.

As shown in the attached image(in the case), the server xxxfp01 initially followed the same memory usage pattern as the other servers (a stable, linear trend). However, at a certain point, its memory usage started to diverge noticeably from the established pattern.

Our goal is to be alerted when a server’s memory usage trend significantly deviates from its historical baseline, indicating an anomaly.
