Add a "PersistentVolumes" column to the Kubernetes Clusters view for quicker visibility and access to PV details and metrics

This enhancement would significantly improve observability and troubleshooting by making PersistentVolumes (PVs) immediately visible at the cluster level. Currently, users have to dig through multiple views to find storage-related information. Surfacing PVs directly in the Kubernetes Clusters view saves time, reduces friction, and aligns with common workflows in Kubernetes monitoring and management.

Platform engineers, the monitoring team, DevOps teams, and SREs who are responsible for managing Kubernetes clusters and diagnosing issues related to storage would benefit most. This feature would be especially valuable in environments with dynamic or ephemeral storage configurations where quick access to PV metrics is essential.

A new column labeled "PersistentVolumes" would be added to the existing Kubernetes Clusters view. This column would list all PVs associated with each cluster. Each PV entry would be clickable, linking to a detailed view that shows relevant information and metrics (e.g., capacity, usage, status, associated pods). This approach maintains consistency with existing UI paradigms and keeps the information discoverable and actionable.
