Support for Temenos

We would like to request support for monitoring the Temenos Transact (T24) core banking platform within Instana.

The customer is running Temenos Transact (T24) using a combination of: TAFC (Temenos Application Framework for C), and Java components deployed on TCServer.

We do not see any traces within the application in Instana.

We have already opened a support case with IBM, but there is currently no resolution or workaround. We need the ability to extract and trace key metrics.

    This feature is not on our roadmap for metrics collection for 2H, 2025.

    Will be reconsidered for 1H, 2026.

    @Darek Gorecki It's unclear whether they want to collect metrics, traces, or both.
