Instana Agent sensor to connect to the Openshift Monitoring Alert Manager, get the alarms and send them to Instana UI

Dear IBM,

Right now in our Openshift clusters we have alarms generated by PrometheusRules and stored in the Alert Manager of the namespace openshift-monitoring. Those alarms only have visibility at the Openshift level and we would like to have them also as Events in the Instana Events UI, so we have all our monitoring and alarms unified in Instana.

We would like to implement a sensor in the Instana Agent that is able to query the Alert Manager to get the alarms and then generate the corresponding event in the Instana UI. Openshift is also able to send alarms via webhook, so an Agent endpoint where we could send the alarm could also work.
