Request for 32-bit Support in mqtracingexit for ITCAM MQ Agent Compatibility

https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/instana-observability/current?topic=mq-tracing#downloading-ibm-mq-tracing-user-exit-for-on-premises-ibm-mq

We are currently facing an issue with the IBM MQ Tracing Exit (mqtracingexit) on one of our Linux environments that requires 32-bit compatibility. The existing library appears to be compiled for 64-bit systems, which results in compatibility issues when used with components such as the ITCAM MQ agent or other 32-bit dependent tools.

Issue observed:

AMQ6175E: The system could not dynamically load the shared library
'/var/mqm/exits64/mqtracingexit_r'. The system returned error message
'/var/mqm/exits64/mqtracingexit_r: wrong ELF class: ELFCLASS64'.

AMQ6251E: The system could not dynamically load the shared library
'/var/mqm/exits64/mqtracingexit_r'. The queue manager will continue without
this module.

EXPLANATION:
This message applies to UNIX systems. The shared library
'/var/mqm/exits64/mqtracingexit_r' failed to load as it is probably a 64-bit
library, a 32-bit library is required. Note that MQ tried to find a 32-bit
library named either '/var/mqm/exits32/mqtracingexit_r' or
'/var/mqm/exits/mqtracingexit_r', but failed. The following message gives
details of the original failure.
ACTION:
Supply the name of a 32-bit library.

To proceed with monitoring and tracing without disruption, we kindly request the development of a 32-bit version of the mqtracingexit library (mqtracingexit_r) compatible with Linux, Aix and Windows systems

Request details:

Target platform: Linux, Windows, Aix

Required output: 32-bit compiled shared object (.so) of mqtracingexit_r

Usage: API Exit for MQ (loaded via mqs.ini or qm.ini)

Purpose: Compatibility with tools like ITCAM MQ agent that may rely on 32-bit libraries
