I'm interested in this feature as well.
First of all, it doesn't seem to be working as expected. I see what looks like unavailability during the last 6 hours, but when I zoom in (15-minute interval), nothing appears. I'm not sure I fully understand the indicator.
What does the division on the bar chart represent? What does the 98% value mean for a 1-minute period over the last 6 hours?
Additionally, this indicator should include a summary value — for example, if the agent was down for 1 minute in the last 24 hours, that would indicate 99.93% availability. This value should also be accessible via the API.
Lastly, we should be able to create an event based on the "Started at" system property. For example, if "Started at" is less than 5 minutes ago, it should trigger an issue or incident.

"Reporting Status" was recently made available on the host dashboard. Can you please confirm if this helps?
