Start Date Time and End Date Time should be captured in Instana Alerts via Mail/MSTeams

We have configured alerting for our services in Instana, but we have noticed that the email notifications for triggered alerts do not display the start and end times of the alert. The alert email only shows severity, entity, and message. Start time is sometimes missing, and end time only appears after the alert is resolved.

  1. include alert start time in the email for immediate visibility when an open alert is received

  2. include alert end time and duration of the alert during closure

  3. Include Alert Start Time, End Time and Duration of the alert in Glocal / Custom payload atleast(Enable Event functionalities to add dynamically which is missing currently)
