Email - To field displays only a single email address

Description:
Currently, when multiple email addresses are configured in the Instana Email Alert Channel (To field), all recipients successfully receive the alert email.
However, in the received alert, the “To” field displays only a single email address instead of the full list of recipients.

Impact:

Operations team members cannot see who else has received the same alert.

Limits transparency and coordination during incident response.

Request:

Confirm if this is expected behavior or a product limitation.

If it is a limitation, please enhance the product so that all configured “To” recipients are visible in the email header.

Also provide an option for cc

Value to Users:

Improves visibility and collaboration for operations teams.

Aligns with standard email client behavior where all “To” recipients are displayed.

    Hi Vijay, 

    The customer has to follow certain compliances mandated by Reserver Bank of India (RBI) and not having this functionality is becoming a major blocker for them resulting in production deployment and non-compliances issues.

    Q1 to do the customer discovery by consolidating the Ideas raised by the Customer and conduct customer interview sessions to understand the pain points that they are trying to solve. Conservative estimation is to deliver in Q2 2026.
