Event ID in the subject line

Description:
At present, Instana alert emails display the Event ID (currently alphanumeric) only in the email body. For operational efficiency, we need the Event ID to also appear in the email subject line.

Current Behavior:

Event ID is alphanumeric Aq_9rFObQFWEUjLyZ949HQ

Displayed only inside the mail body

Requested Behavior:

Event ID should be included in the subject line along with the event title.

Example format:

Aq_9rFObQFWEUjLyZ949HQ - High CPU usage on host xyz

Business Justification:

Makes it easier for operations teams to search, filter, and correlate alerts directly from the inbox.

Helps ticketing systems and integrations that depend on subject line parsing.

Reduces incident response time by surfacing the key identifier upfront.

Need to expose “Event details" in the custom payload and Mail subject in alert channel
