Enable Export of Logs Collected via OTEL Collector from Instana UI in File Formats

Currently, logs collected via the OTEL Collector cannot be exported from the Instana UI in formats such as CSV or XLSX.

At present, it is possible to copy individual log messages using log links or by copying them to the clipboard. However, there is no way to obtain an entire log file at once. As a result, when logs cannot be retrieved directly from Instana, it becomes necessary to store a complete set of logs locally, which leads to unnecessary resource consumption.

We understand that Instana is primarily focused on metrics monitoring; however, to improve the efficiency of log management, we would greatly appreciate it if you could consider adding a feature that allows exporting complete log files directly from the Instana UI.
