Filtering traces and trace spans based on time spent in various stages such as self-time, network time, waiting time

Knowing the self-time and waiting time of HTTP requests would help in understanding the performance of the system and the performance of downstream systems. This will be helpful in creating accurate SLO dashboards that measure the performance of each component/service in the journey of a HTTP request.

Ability to be able to filter spans based on span names, self-time, network time and waiting time in Analytics view, as well as the ability to create the same in Custom Dashboards would help in creating accurate latency related dashboard views. The individual trace IDs when downloaded provides minSelfTime, duration etc, which is filter-able would make it easier to calculate the performance of each service.
