Add possibility of creating public dashboard and exposing it without authentication

we have a second request, please consider adding a functionality of creating a public dashboard with it's exposure without authentication.

    We are in a similar situation as enabling SAML prevents local accounts so no way to have a working dashboard for NOC.

    This is a very good idea for Publishing dashboard for operations team on public monitors in a operations center or for a operations management team without timing out. Instana is a great visualization tool for that. Big problem for us is that we cannot use monitors today cause after enabling SAML local accounts does not work anymore. And it would be great to just visualize a predefined dashboard without beeing logged in. Just need a URL to the dashboard.
