Dynamic Tag support for process environment variables in actions needed

Hi,

We use Webhooks to trigger events in our central alerting console. The messages are then routed to the appropriate team/workflow based on tags which are delivered as environment variables with the process. Currently those environment variables are visible in the process dashboard of Instana but not selectable as dynamic values of a process in the tag library of an action or an alert.

Additionally that can be used to create troubleshooting dashboards for the team receiving the message.

    Having discussed this with all affected teams, this is being considered for our 2026 roadmap.
    Due to the potentially very large number of environment variables a process can have and since this data needs to be propagated across several entities in ElasticSearch, the specific ENV_VAR keys will need to be listed and limited to a certain number.
