Need to be able to define Adaptive Smart Alerts against Endpoints

While Adaptive Monitoring against Services is useful, there are many cases where it can miss key problems that are happening.   Sometimes, only specific URLs are being impacted.   Since the data is being aggregated to the service level, those problems are missed.

Without this capability, customers are forced to define static thresholds for each Endpoint.  Since there are hundreds of endpoints, this is very time consuming.

For SaaS customers, we can understand why there would be concerns of enabling this per Endpoint.  It could generate a lot of load on the server.   But, self-hosted customers provide their own HW.  If they are willing to dedicate more HW, let them enable this level of granularity within the Smart Alerts.

    @Mate', do you want customers like Rain and Hail to try it out?   I don't want to give it to them without your blessing.

    @Ben Stern The feature can be enabled using isAdaptiveBaselinePerEndpointEnabled set to true.
    This is for testing purposes currently, so support is limited to best effort at this point.
