Include Process Details in Email/Msteams Alert

1. Currently, in Instana, the alerts we receive via email or Teams do not include information about which process is consuming high CPU. However, when we check the event details within the Instana UI, the specific process name is available.

2. It would be very helpful if the alert notifications (email/Teams) could also include the process details — especially the process consuming the most CPU — directly in the message.

3. This enhancement would allow operations teams to identify problematic processes more quickly without requiring all users to log in to Instana, since not everyone has direct access.

4. We have also tried adding a Global Custom Payload, but that only lists all PIDs reporting to the Host Agent, not the specific process responsible for the high CPU usage.

5.Including the top process details in alerts will enable faster incident triage, reduce dependency on Instana UI access, and improve response times for infrastructure issues.
