Provide the way to identify the detailed component list of Instana in the console

Now in Instana agent page of the Instana Console,  agent bootstrap version ( ex. 1.2.39 ) and agent version ( ex. 2025.10.09.1647 )  is listed for each Instana agent.

This combination seems necessary and sufficient, but not. 

Agent bootstrap version is not unique for each Agent Assembly build.

The bootstrap version is updated periodically and not with every agent assembly release. This means:

  • Multiple agent assemblies may share the same bootstrap version.
  • The bootstrap version is not a unique identifier for every agent build.
  • This can lead to confusion when trying to identify which agent version is affected by a bug.

Depending on where the bug fix was, we need to understand agent assembly version ( Agent assembly 27 August 2025) and agent version ( ex. 2025.10.09.1647 ) .

Provide the way in the Instana agent console to understand the detailed component list of the whole agent build.
