Instana should display the same choprehensive view of OpenTelemetry-collected metrics as it does for our native Instana Agent collected metrics

When viewing standard screens in the Instana UI the same views and components should be displayed no matter how the metrics are collected.  For example on the Platforms -> Kubernetes screen when you view a cluster where the Instana Agent is collecting the metrics you see the Top nodes, Top  namespaces and Top deployments components.  When viewing a cluster where the metrics are being collected by OpenTelemetry such as the Instana Distribution of OpenTelemetry Collector you do not see those components.  Additionally there are several other tabs available on the clusters view when the Agent is collecting the metrics compared the the OpenTelemetry collected clusters.
