Allow limited access to Infrastrucure Smart Alerts

Currently only users with unit wide scope access on Infrastructure are allowed to access Infra Smart Alerts, but we'd like to delegate alert configuration to the teams responsible for their limited area only. This means Infra alerts currently have to be managed by the Owner group.

When you want to set the permission of Infrastructure of a group with "limited access", you cannot set "Analyze Infrastructure" permission to ON. It means that "limited access" users cannot use "Analyze Infrastructure" features today. I assume tha...

Functionality Improvement for Displaying Smart Alerts in Infrastructure
