Enable Hostname Resolution for Instana Agent Pods Running Without Host Network

Currently, in Kubernetes clusters where the Instana agent runs without hostNetwork mode, the host sensor retrieves the pod name instead of the actual host name (FQDN).
This happens because the hostname is determined using the hostname command, which, in non-hostNetwork setups, resolves to the pod name.

At our customer, hostNetwork is explicitly not allowed for certain internal organizational groups due to strict security and policy restrictions. Because of this, the Instana agent cannot inherit or detect the real host name via the normal mechanism.

A proposed solution is to allow the host sensor to read the host name from an environment variable (e.g. NODE_HOSTNAME) defined via Kubernetes fieldRef (spec.nodeName).
If the environment variable is not set, the sensor can fall back to using the hostname command as it does currently.
