Provide an agent (fleet) management through the backend UI

Hi,

The capabilities of the configuration.yaml and the ability to stack several of those files are great but when administering literally 1000s of agents in a tighly controlled production system this proves to be very labour intensive and error prone.

Ideally one can manage the configurations for 250+ different environments in a centralised console that provides a one-click, auditable way to get:

  • An overview over deployed agents and versions by group - e.g. 140 agents assigned to zone "My-App Prod" using agent boot version xx.yy.zz

  • Setting zones and tags for a group of agents

  • Check and edit settings for individual groups (e.g. custom SDK configs for Java or .NET applications)

  • Change agent mode for a complete group with one click

  • Log every change in an auditable fashion

  • And I am sure there are other use cases
