Alert to detect AZ wide failure in public cloud

When the node failure occurs, we can set "Host Availability" alert. When the az wide spread failure occurs, lots of this "Host Availability" alert will be generated at the similar timing.

But to identify that failure is az / region wide more clearly, we want to set the alert by the percentage or absolute number of the available nodes in each availablity zone.

From Infrastructure analytics page, we can see the number of the available nodes in availability zone, but there is no way to set the alert using this number. Please provide the way to set the alert using this number.
