Need to capture application payloads via tracing Merged

Need to capture application payloads via tracing.   The customer stores business data in the application payloads and they want to be able to view that data within Instana and build custom dashboards and write thresholds against the business data.

This should be an optional configuration setting and it needs to be customizable so that specific information can be collected from the payload.  There are cases where sensitive data is in the payload, so we can't expose all information.

    We will be tracking this idea under INSTANA-I-4417 and both have been merged since both have same requirement from same customer
