Instana REST API: Allow aligning datapoints with 24 hour granularity to timezones other than GMT

Using Instana application analyze REST API, if I request datapoints with a 24 hour granularity and a window size equal to a whole number of days, I will only get the expected response if my timeFrame is aligned with GMT date boundaries. If I want to aggregate the data around another timezone, e.g. PST then the server adjusts the timeFrame, as a consequence, the data points in the response have timestamp aligned with start of day in GMT, which shifts the aggregation period 7 hours, hurting the usefulness of the data. I also get one data point less than what I intended, based on my windowSize.
