[GOV][INSTANA][PROD][PLATFORM] Feature Request: Automated Log Retention Policy for Instana

Hi Team,

We are currently experiencing frequent disk utilization issues in our Production Instana environment. At present, we are relying on manual cleanup activities every month to maintain stability.

While we have a temporary workaround in place, we are looking for a permanent solution—specifically, a built-in log retention policy within Instana. We understand this feature may not be available yet; however, we would like to formally raise or check the status of an enhancement request for this capability.

    Thanks for bringing this Idea to our attention!

    In order to review it properly I wanted to confirm if the requirement is about the Logs that the agent or other Instana component creates or if it's about the Logs in Context feature.
