Cross-account Cloud Run Agent

in the monitoring cloud run docs at some point it says

You need to configure one Instana agent to monitor the GCP project that you are interested in. A dedicated machine needs to be used to monitor GCP resources. If you want to monitor multiple GCP projects, you need one agent per project.

Is it really not possible to use one agent for multiple projects? In my case my customer has 75 projects and each of them sees very few cloud run executions, paying for 75 agents is not something they would consider.

In addition, they start new projects on-demand and those projects may see lot of traffic on a single day and then nothing for a week.

Could you please make it possible to run a single agent for monitoring on multiple accounts?

Thanks
