Listen for Additional Slack Message Removal/Quarantine Events

Slack provides mechanisms for quarantining/hiding messages from the UI as part of their Data Loss Prevention system. This allows administrators to hide messages that are potentially sensitive in nature until they are reviewed, and released or deleted. As an example this can be useful for removing messages that contain a users password.

Having the Instana Slack App detect these, and hide/remove the corresponding messages on the Instana incidents would keep this data management in sync between the two platforms, and reduce administrative burden of having to open support requests to remove offending messages.

Currently the Instana Slack App does not delete messages if they have been quarantined before then being deleted.
