Need to improve accounting/billing capabilities

I'm working with  a customer that wants improvements in the accounting and billing capabilities.

First, they want a very clear and easy way to see the projection for the month.    Ideally, just a number that we report rather than having to flyover the graph.     I uploaded a screen capture.  As you can see, this is really hard to read because the graph shows 2 TB when clearly the projection is closer to nearly 3 TB.   At a minimum, we need a decimal point.

 

They need to be able to find the hosts and sensors that are generating the most data so that they can proactively change some of the configurations to reduce the data.

They need the ability to see consumption of metric data and trace data via OTEL because the data won't be coming in via an Agent.

They need to be able to see a single report across all tenant/units that they own.   Our accounting and billing screens allow me to view 1 tenant/unit at a time, but they will have many.  And, it doesn't look like the REST APIs expose this data.

Many of our screens show percentages.   For example, Application Service 1 consumes 10% of the trace data.   They want to know the amount of data (not just the percentage).   

Finally, the customer wants the ability to create thresholds that will trigger to ensure they don't go above their fair use policy.
