Ability to aggregate and group Kafka topic metrics in a single dataset when building Infrastructure dashboards for Kafka Clusters.

When building custom dashboards for Kafka clusters using the Infrastructure & Platforms data source and Kafka Cluster entity type, it is currently not possible to select multiple topics in a single dataset and aggregate or group their metrics (for example, Consumer Group Lag per topic).

As a result, users must manually create one dataset per topic in the table widget. In environments with many topics (10+ or more), this becomes impractical and difficult to maintain.

It would be very useful to allow selecting multiple topics within a single dataset and enable grouping or aggregation by topic name (or another relevant dimension). This would make it possible to build scalable dashboards that show metrics such as Consumer Group Lag per topic across an entire Kafka cluster.

This improvement would significantly simplify dashboard creation and maintenance for Kafka environments with a large number of topics.
