MQ sensor should open its local binding connection as MQCNO_ISOLATED_BINDING

On the case TS021288201, our client reported the issue that after MQ forced stop, Instana Agent prevent the restart of IBM MQ.

2/17 17:37:52:MQ force stop
2/17 17:39:35:MQ start
-> the following error

AMQ8041S: The queue manager cannot be restarted or deleted because processes, that were previously connected, are still running.
Process 39191070(Java Agent) is still running. * 39191070==Instana Agent
AMQ7018E: The queue manager operation cannot be completed.

I understand this is because MQ Sensor binds to the IBM MQ QueueManager and the IBM MQ Queue Manage default binding type is SHARED. So the IPC (Inter process communication) resources are not released till the Instana MQ Sensor stops.

The default setting for default binding type is SHARED, so this can happen on any client environment.
I understand MQ client application ( this time MQ sensor) can set its binding mode when it opens the connection. Should MQ sensor open its connection as ISOLATED mode, MQCNO_ISOLATED_BINDING
