To be able to monitor Nginx and PHP for Windows

We would like to monitor Nginx and PHP on windows.

But according to our checking, both Nginx and PHP for Windows is currently not supported.

So, it would be great if you support Nginx and PHP soon to be able to monitor by Instana.

Best Regards,

Khin Lay
