Platform feature flags should be turned on by default (VMware, Power HMC, etc.)

The feature flags to enable capabilities like VMware, Power HMC, zHMC, SAP, etc. should be enabled by default.   By not enabling these, we drive up our support costs and drive down customer satisfaction.

Now, we do need to think about the best way to do this.   One of the reasons these weren't enabled by default was to avoid cluttering up the Platforms menu.   Many customers will never have some of these platforms.

I can think of 2 ways that we can handle this.  First, hide the menu until a sensor starts to send data.   The only tricky part with this would be deciding what to do if the sensor goes offline for a period of time.  For example, the password on the HMC changes or the cert. expires.   Let's say the sensor is offline for 8 hours or 1 day.  Do you remove it from the menu?  It might confuse the customer.

Another option would be to always put the menu items on the screen, but provide a mechanism in the UI that allows the customer to hide the menu item.
