Support for Kafka heap configuration in Standard Edition

Dear Colleagues,

during PoC with one of our customers we were trying to adjust kafka configuration to handle increased load, and it appeared to be that we need to grant more memory and heap to Kafka. As soon as it is Standard Self-Hosted Instana backend we configured memory size in custom-values.yaml, but we didn't find way to increase heap for broker. We had to manually specify it in knp crd manifest. Would you please consider adding the heap options for use in custom-values.yaml?

This functionality is useful for all our customers around the globe who uses Standard edition under increased load.

Thank you
