Publish Standard Self hosted air-gapped packages available to download via http

Dear Colleagues,

we have several customers with strict security policies refusing them from granting Internet access to environments where Instana backend runs. Hence everytime they struggle with downloading air-gapped package of 25Gb in size now. During PoC they have to download the package from place where IBMers placed it and shared, some of our customers have restrictions in access to public file storages like OneDrive, Box, GoogleDrive.

Please consider publishing the air-gapped package like we do with agents at https://packages.instana.io/agent/

this way Customers can download the package using Windows OS and their browser. This affects all our customers with strict corporate rules who do not have Linux VMs in corporate network segments with access to the Insternet.
